A Must Try: the chocolate, avocado, dates, and coconut oil combination that forms the magical chocolate pudding pie, which rests divinely on a raw crust of healthy goodness!!!   We're not vegans or even vegetarians, but my friends and I took a raw foods class with Andreea Fegan over the weekend and were delighted by the charm of her instruction, her vast knowledge on eating healthier and smarter, and the deliciousness of the food she prepared. I've been to raw food restaurants in the past in Los Angeles and was never overly thrilled by the meals, but the recipes Andreea prepared were incredible- totally flavorful and filling. The fact that they were so healthy was almost just a side benefit! I've already recreated two of them at home and the rest of my non-vegetarian family was as impressed as I was. I've been looking for ways to have more variety on my meatless Mondays and Andreea's recipes seem to fit the bill perfectly. I'm definitely looking forward to taking more classes at Little Bites of Joy!
