  I'm pretty sure I could write a novel about my experience with Heyn. They are INCREDIBLE. Marissa is the easiest person to work with. She absolutely knows what she's doing and will accommodate any request you have. We had an extremely long family photo list that was going to be hard on time, she made the schedule with no float (which she said she never ever does) and part way through the day she knew we were behind schedule (no fault of theirs, for the record)... but she knew how much I wanted beach pictures and she looked at me and said "don't worry, we're going to get these pictures in!". When we got to our venue for family pictures, we were definitely still behind schedule (again, no fault of Heyn!) and guests were starting to arrive. Some started filing in to where we were taking pictures and I mumbled probably a little bit too loud why are these people in here? Marissa immediately sent one of her assistants outside to do crowd control and it was as if it never happened. Our schedule was a bit chaotic because of all of the photos we wanted but they were absolutely accommodating and helped us squeeze it all in while magically not feeling rushed at all! I can't say enough nice things about her, Kayleigh, and the rest of their team. They even had day of photos playing on a screen at our venue toward the end of the night. We absolutely love all of our photos and the incredibly beautiful album they created. I really hope you choose Heyn for your special day - your memories will be picture perfect!
